Lowrider Arte Magazine Subscription or Issues

Hello, does anyone know where I can find a vendor who can send Lowrider Arte Magazine subscription to an inmate at TDCJ (Texas)? All I can find is Lowrider Magazine, NOT Lowrider Arte Magazine.
Right now I am in Mexico so need to find someone who accepts Mastercard and where I can do an online payment. The magazines need to be sent directly from a TDCJ vendor to the prison.
I have been told Lowrider Arte is no longer available by subscription.
Any help would be appreciated. Art work is the one thing keeping my son sane right now. He's only 20 years old and is halfway thru a 5-year sentence.

maria,I have a address were you can order the magazine subscription.probably only by money order..6 issues for 19.95(with coupon code)the address is :

TO WHOEVER SENT THE REPLY TO MARIA THANKS THAT WAS A BIG HELP MY BROTHER IS ALSO IN PRISON IN ILLINOIS AND TELL YALL THE TRUTH I DIDNT THINK THEY STILL MADE THE ARTE MAGAZINE I HAVENT SEEN IT IN 10 YEARS I JUST FOUND IT TODAY IN A GROCERY STORE SO THANKS FOR THE 411
