Im trying to order some rims from "Wheel Design & Audio" but their credit card machine is being updated so they want me to send the money western union. Can I trust these people? They have no website and I cant find really much of anything about them on the internet. I have read that people have been ripped off pretty bad by similar businesses out of the lowrider mag. Another thing I am worried about is the deal that im supposedly getting, 22in DUB rims with tires, free shipping $1100.  Has anyone ever ordered rims from them?  

If your having doubts don't do it. A lot of Ads from LRM do turn out to be SCAMS. So just avoid the headache.  

NO!do not trust wheel design@ audio! i sent 1,500 dollars to buy some rims.that was the half up front they wanted.That was april 1st.I still havent recieved my 1500 dollars back.they gave me 5 tracking numbers that were fake! I called the bbb,the atty.general,and the news in stockton ca.They played games on the phone and put me on hold for 30 min.each time.Im in the process of suing them and lowrider magazine.

This all sounds bad to me.  Don't send them any money.  Only through credit card cause you may be able to recover you money through a credit card.  Also if you have ordered from anyone and don't receive your merchandise and can't recover your money,  I believe that you can report them to the Federal Government for Mail Fraud.

Guys please listen those guys fxxx me big time, i order some foose wheels and they told me that they had them in stock i send them the money order with western union and every day ill call them they told me some new, on hold for a very long time.waitted for more than a month for the rims and nothing .that was 3 month ago an i still dont have my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM WHEEL DESIGN & AUDIO.  

hey the same thing happenend to me did u sue them and did u get your money and if  did what is tha att number maybe he could take my case to....  

I think low rider and these companies are working together on *** people every one needs to file a suit together people will pay more attention to all these coomplaints on wheel design something has to be done because lowrider knew about wheel design and carried them in magizine

Another company to be aware about is All Around Polishing in Highland, CA.
He took a bunch of items for a 63 Chevy to be polished and chromed and we cant find him.  We went to his shop last night we looked thru the window and saw 3 chairs and a bunch of empty beer cans, we asked the shop next door had he seen this guy , he said not in a few days.  His voicemail is full and we tried to get information on People Search and paid the fee and those two addresses were bogges.
This guys name is Mariano Mallot.
If anyone knows of him or about him. Let me know.
He has about $5000 worth of parts.
