I am going to make this short,  I was scammed by PLATINUM WHEELS AND TIRES IN SANCRAMENTO, CA, they advertised in the Lowrider Magazine July edition.  TJ is the person who answers the phone and I assume is in charge.  He is a BIG JOKE.  I was mailed the wrong rims, they were used with scratches, the bolts and locks where not sent, it took them 2 months to send them, and we had to pay shipping and handling per package which was suppose to be included in the original price.

I was also scammed by SAN DIEGO TIRES IN SAN DIEGO, CA.  I thought I would try a different company out of the Lowrider Magazine to get better service, WRONG.  It was worse because I never received the rims and tires and was mailed back less than half of what I paid 2 months later.

i was scammed also by wheel universe my nameis karen i just order rims on 10-06 and never received anything yet. i spoke to a person name david mohammand. Everytime i called the 209-570-1141,no one answers and 916-452-0919.But they messed with the right one i work for Brihthousenework/bay news 9 in florida and we have a office in Sacramento Ca and will get the office her to let them know what going on there.That is sad to willing take somebody money they work hard for.But they will have to answer to god for that because what comes around goes back around twice

My son Worm was scamed by KwikFixTires out of 2500.00 plus shipping and handleing He got his tires and rims BUT the wrong ones they don't fit his CAR????? Now no one will take his calls or even answer if they do they pick up and hang back up.Low Rider Magazine I hold in FAULT because so many people TRUST that they investagate the people that they do business with. WRONG Everyone NEEDS to stop buying this magazine NOW and tell EVERYONE whats going on.BBB knows all these tire and rim shops and they all have a bad name. We have contacted the District Attys office in Calif and they have so many complaints against these places. Everyone needs to call and file a LAW SUIT NOW. My name is Allen and I was scammed by Wheel Universe. Im located in North Carolina.  I ordered a set of 22s on 9-27 from "David"/ Mohammed Mohammed.  He said it would take a couple of days for the rims to get to his warehouse and then he would ship them off.  He called me on 10-01 with the tracking number and instead of getting my rims, he sent me the Nov. 07 issue of lowrider.  I contacted the BBB but they told me that it was unpursuable because the company was not at the address provided.  I then talked to someone at another rim shop in the sacramento area and i was told that this mohammed guy was also running another rim company called San Diego Tire and Wheel Outlet.  I have plenty of information on this Mohammad Mohammad and they are things that you would probably want to know about.  If you have been scammed by this company, please give a call at (252) 290-5555. I have contacted the District Attorney in Sac. and I have talked to a detective at the Sac. Police Dept.  Im almost to the point where im going to fly down there and find the guy myself, because I dont know about everybody else but in nc we are serious about our money.  If the DA or the Police cannot help me then I will have to take it into my own hands.  

hey, I too have been scammed by Infinity tire and wheels in Fresno, CA  another advertiser in the Lowrider.
I am ready to ride on them. They do not know how serious this *** is. You can not just take this kind of money from people and think everyday is a good day. These guys at infinity need to BEWARE you never know who is watching you.
If there is anyone else out there that share my feelings please respond. If we ban together the District Attorney will have to do something.
