I order rims from a Kwik Fix Tires and Rims out of the lowrider magazine, they have the worse customer service and lie about everything.  I called the company to get order rims and spoke with a girl she told me to send the money for the chrome 24" rims.  So I sent 900 to start, then I called the company back to verify and they say I will call you back they never called I call again and get the same BS, I call you back never call back, then I call everyday for 4 days and get some many lies, like you didn't order chrome, or let me check the warehouse, and finally she says we don't have those rims, I get the run-around for 5 days I told them to send me back my money cause she told me one minute they had the rims and five days later they didn't.  I have not seen my money yet, I put in a complaint to the BBB, I need to know where to put a complaint in to the sheriff dept?  Can anyone help???  And please do not order from Kwik Fix Tires and Rims.  

I to have been ripped off by Kwik "Take Your money" Fix Tires I order some rims and tires from them and they gave me that same run around I sent them 329.00 every day I'm calling them and "MISS SMART MOUTH NANCY" keep playing games with me they said they sent my money out on the 19th of January here it is Feb. 12th and I still have'nt recieved my money they say it takes 10 business days, BBB in the same state sent my forms to fill out 2 days after I contacted them. but don't trip I just filed a law suit against them today!"Miss Nancy" you must forgot "Lil Girl" I told you that I worked for a law firm and you gave me permission to record our conversation so looks like you all will be paying me alot more after I'm done with you! you all should be put out of business for thinking you can false advertise your business just to scam hard working people out of there money. you all should be HIT WITH THE HAND OF GOD! Maybe then you'd have a little bit of truth and honesty about yourselves. Lower Rider PLEASE STOP ADVERTISING THESE CROOKS! It makes the magazine look bad. Have A Bless Day.

I just had this happen to me is their anyway you can tell me what was your outcome with this company. I sent them 1600.00 and they are giving me the complete run around and i need help with getting my money back. I have contacted BBB, the citrus heights police dept., the district attorney office. I also ordered wheels from kwik Fix Tires.  They have the worst customer service.  That girl Mecca is TERRIBLE.  Every time I call, she puts me on hold for 25 minutes.  I ordered my wheels 1 month ago and sent half the money.  I still haven't received my wheels, and everytime I call, after waiting on hold for 25 minutes, Mecca comes back to the phone and says the wheels have been ordered.  She does ask me if I want my money back though.  I told her I will wait 1 more week and thats it.  I do have a lawyer, so if any one needs any legal advice contact me at 314-322-2092 and I'll see what can be done.  

call the better business bureau also they can help as well sounds like this co needs to learn some business manners

Those *** at quick fix tires got me too, I sent money on may 3 and still havent been refunded anything, I was quoted wrong on the price and then once they had half my money I was told the price went up by $450, I demanded and refund and just keep getting bullshitted, they say mecca doesnt work there anymore and she was the Ho that lied to me, some jerkoff named Arthur keeps giving me the run around now.
