I have a 2 pump 4 dump set up on a '64 Impala and cant get it to three wheel right any sugestions?

need 12-14'cylinders to roll it.. Need weight to stand it. Batts in corners.. Make shure you got your arms beefed up and that rear nice and tuff. otherwise ......
