This tire place told me that one of my spoke rims was loose..said I needed a special tool for it. I have gone to several tire and rim shops and no one knows where to find this tool. Any suggestions?

Fabricate one, dremel and a piece of 1/4 inch steel.
Start small then then trim to fit the nipple on the spoke.
