so i bought and 84 coupe deville with hydraulics and its a bit of a fixer upper. so i just have a few questions and if any one could help that would be awesome. First, my back end goes up really high when i hit the back switch, but when i lower it all the way down the drive line falls out, so i guess its not long enough and someone was telling me about a telascopic driveline or something. how do i know which one i need, and where can i get one? secondly i have 17 batterys in the trunk, it used to be a hopper but not anymore, i use 5 of the batterys to power the hydraulics, but when i deep charge them, they only stay charged for like a few hours if that. so is there something wrong with my batterys? or can i somehow connect the alternator to the trunk? thanks

your batt are bad make shure there deep cycle marine batt and if they are mske shure you slow sharge them dont but a 1 hour charger on them
for a quick fix for the back see how high you can lock the car up before the driveline falls out and you can chain the axle tho the frame and avoid the problome till you get more ex. or the telascopic driveline
