Hay all,

I want to drop a sports car way low for better handling (shocks, springs, sway bars, ...), but I want to run it on the street and be able to bring it up a few inches on demand to make it over speed bumps, etc.   I don’t need it to hop at all when it goes up, and when it is down, I want to preserve the original geometry (shocks, springs,... ) so that I don’t loose any performance.

At a quick glance the state of the art seems to be... replace the existing shocks with hydraulic shocks that can move a full 8, 10, or more inches, and beef up the hydraulics delivery system to make it launch the car.  This is definitely cool in its own rite, but that’s not what I am going for.

So does anybody know of a low profile hydraulic system that only raises 3 inches or so????

Thanks for the info,

Jeff O.
