Sacramento Tires And Wheels & Fake ADs On Low Rider Magazine

I know you are reading this, read on.

There are bunch of fradulent ads placed on Lowrider Magazine for these companies. Sacramento Wheels N Tires, Continental Wheels N Tires, (mainly Sacramento,Stockton areas).

I was ripped off 6 months ago with the infamous Western Union scam by Sacramento Wheels And Tires, but hey guess what? It's not like i'd sit here and do nothing about my hard earned money. I've been working VERY close with Sacramento PD and Sacramento Sheriff. You scam artists ever wonder sometimes that even investigators would call to purchase rims over the phone and pretend to be customers?

They have been very co-operative, therefore,  their investigation has taken place! They have now started to gather information from other ripped-off customers and all complaints filed by annon.

They have tracked down which accounts the Western Union transaction takes place and where. Check out the BBB and Complaints.org for the complaints filed by customers.

I really can't get into much detail due to the investigative process but i suggest that Lowrider take these ads down from their magazines. Don't believe me? Try giving some of those shops a call for rims and see what they tell you about the payment method ( i gurantee Western Union will be first option they give!)

Its just a matter of time before you guys get a knock on your front door at 4am in the morning by the Federal Bereau Of Investigation (FBI).

Oh and after all is set and done, karma does strike twice as hard in the name of God.

I bought my rims back in June 2006 with the same results that alot of you experienced.  I earned my money in the desert and mountains of Afghanistan while experiencing some ***  It is now March 2008 and still have no feedback from the attorney general.  Does someone out there know the status of the investigation? please help  

I just had the same prob myself---sent western union--i ended up reporting it to the BBB and getting some money back--but there are alot of scams out there!The only way to stop it is to put names out there!  

HOW DID YOU DO IT?PLS HELP ME CAUSE I SENT IT WESTERN UNION TO A COMPANY CALLED WHEEL DESIGN FROM LOWRIDER MAGAZINE. YOUR HELP WOULD BE VERY APPRECIATED. I SENT $700 AND TALKED TO SOME FOOL NAMED DAVID.THEY WONT EVEN ANSWER MY CALLS AND SAID THEY SENT IT OUT BUT ITS BEIN ALMOST 2 MONTHS. TELL ME WHAT TO DO PLS    

If you have been ripped off by any tire/wheel company in the Sacramento, CA area go to www.sacda.org and fill out the CONSUMER FRAUD COMPLAINT FORM.  Mail/fax the Form with copies of all your reciepts to the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office.

Companies that the Sacramento DA's office is currently investigating:  SACRAMENTO TIRE & WHEEL, EXPRESS PERFORMANCE, EXPRESS TIRE&WHEEL, EXZOTIK, XTREME.  

I just got a phone call today with some good news. They have caught someone or several people who were involved in scams and they have been in jail for several months.  "I will never see my money" is what I have been thinking all of this time. I am happy to say that I will be getting my money back and that these scammers will be getting what they deserve.  That is all I have to say without lowering down to thier level.
