ok i jus bought a 78 sedan deville with hydros and the guy told me to put sae hd 30 motor oil in the pumps. Is this right? cuz everyone tells me its wrong

yES Wal-mart is the best.. HD-30 if you live in a decent climate. Now during the winter you can change to hydro oil. if you want. but they all cost about the same.. ND-30 or Hydrolics 32w at any farm store..

nd (non detergent) 30 for summer nd 20 for winter always use non detergent only it doesnt eat all the seals throw a magnet in the tank to help catch debris change your fluid at least every six months
