You can't hold a good man down as I am still fly with my older spokes. I just wanted to freshen up the car for Summer 2006, but with these dinks they would try to hold you up. Anyone else have trouble with this or any other wheel company. Time to sound off.

yeah i feel you on getting scammed from this company i sent them $1,199 for some tires and they said they had them i just got the check for 899 becuase they charged me a restocking fee. first off they never had the tires or sent the tires and they still dont have the tires.  I ordered the tires on 3-22-06 and just got a check back not for the full price.  I had the same problem with the manager. they would put you on hold for over an hour and they say they are not here. I also believe it is unprofessional for lowrider to advertise a company like that.  

Hey we aren't bashing Lowrider we just want them and you know that there is this company that You should not order anything from!  They must be using many names.  As we have found out.  If some of you claim that you have cars or trucks that you are working or restoring then you should be glad that people like us are letting you know about these companies.  I hope more people come on here to let us know if they have had the same experience with this company Sacramento Tires and Wheels.  We have also experienced  being told to call back for a tracking # the next day not to get the # then being told for the next five days that they didn't have a # yet. Then for the next two weeks being lied to about the tires and if you are into restoreing we needed the tires so we could move on to the next part of the truck you would understand.  After weeks of going around and around with this company they tell us we need to send $599.00 more for shipping that the price was for the tires only.They never even had the tires that they said were in the stock room.  So we had to cancel the order.  We did order the tires from a company out of Fla. that we did find the add in Lowrider Magazine got them in a week from the time we ordder them til the time they showed up on our door step.  That's what we call customer service here in Md..  I called and talked to Maria she said that we would have to pay a restocking fee.  I tries to explain that they didn't have the tires so she said that it must have been a custome order so we will still have to pay the fee of $399.00 so we talked to Tony he is who we ordered the tires from.  I told him that I should not have to pay any restocking or ordering fee because they didn't have the tires in there store and he did agree.  I will say thats when the nightmare really started we not not get a hold of any one because the 2 receptionist Maria or Marie and Sophia would hang up on us or we would get put on hold on March 29 06 I was put on hold for 2 hours and 40 minutes to never get to speak to someone that didn't tell me that they could help.  In all the times and days that I called I spoke  with Alex, Tony, Maria, Sophia, Daniel, Ray, Andrew,by the way I was told that Ron was the manager and Mark Smith was the owner.  In April they got a new manager that was told to me for a reorganization her name was Maria talked to her once then they would never let me talk to her again.  They also brought in a new company that was to take over the billing her name was Lisa got to talk to her a few times.  If this doesn't sound like it was a mess to you it doesn't stop I was told for many weeks that I was going to be mailed a check on Friday .  Many Fridays came and went then the end of April they said that they mailed a check by UPS and It was lost so they were going to mail another one on the following Friday.  Guess what happened that one was really lost by UPS I talked to UPS about that check.  Many more calls made and receptionist Maria told me that UPS would have to investage and that would take 2 weeks so I wouldn't get my money back til UPS paid them for the many checks that were lost that day.  Call April 25 talked to Alex and he said that someone had hacked into there computer and got into the bank account and again a check would be mailed on Friday.  I called back on May 8 Alex said check was going to be mailed on Friday.  May 16 recep Maria said no one was in.  May 18 was told check would be mailed on Friday.  May 19 Lisa in meeting would call back 10-15 minutes didn't call back.  May 22 no refund logged in from UPS left anonther message to call back.  May 23 no one in to talk to left anonther message.  May 30 told check would be mialed out regular mail on Friday.  We finally got the check on June 7, 06 and the check was for $800.00 and the tires that we sent to money gram for was $1199.00.  I have left out so much more of this story but we feel that everyone out should be aware of companies like this one.  We buy off the net and out of magazines all the time and this is the 2nd time that we have had problems with tire and rim companies.  So please try to make sure that the company is for real.  I am in contact with the better business in Sac CA and any one else that I can get in contact with.  We only want to let Lowrider know that this company is taken adventage of thier readers.

JUl  said it best regarding all the issues you have to deal with from Sacramento Tires and Wheels. My attorney sent them a letter last Friday. I know there any many more people that have faced these issues with tire companies. I will keep a eye out for that hydraulics company too. Thanks for the heads up. I had a friend check out Sacaremento Tires and Wheels and he is having trouble finding a listing for them and he has never heard of them and he lived in Sacramento.

The BBB tells you not to mess with them and they told us to our face what they're doing and that this is our fault for giving them our money. They give you 52 diff name, put you on hold forever, never pick up, they have no business phones, its all nextel cell phones, they have no managers, they laugh at you and tell you that theyre gonna send you a check back for you money, but they dont! They said that every other company in the lowrider mag. is doing it and they all they just do is laugh!
