Obviously Lowrider can't guarantee what a company advertises in their magazine, but do they even check to see if they're a legal company?  We paid $1100 to this company, only to get the WRONG WHEELS that won't even bolt up on the 88 Caprice.  Then they wanna tell us we have to pay a restocking fee for their f-up!!  How's that for service!  This company goes by 2 different names,  and has 6 different phone numbers with 2 different area codes--all of which are traced to cell phones.  We ordered velocity wheels and get tyfun!  We callo for a manager, they hang up on us.  We trusted Lowrider Mag to have reputable affiliates, but were definitely wrong. We know there's a bigger selection in Cali, compared to the Midwest, that's why we ordered from CA-to have some wheels that no one else in Indy has.  My advice to everyone out there--don't trust the advertisements you see!!!  

u should of got some wheels from www.superbuytires.com u can search for wheels that fit your vehicle and when u look at them pages read that little thing at the bottom it tells u all the info before u buy from that place it will tell u if send the rims back you will be charged if u send them back cuz they didnt fit or u just didnt want them anymore so it's your fault so dont blame Lowrider for your mistakes.

well i got the rims and low and behold they were the wrong ones iv been calling them now for 5 days and every day they tell me to call back .i dont know about you all but i work hard for my loot and these folks dont understand that in my line of work it customer service . but obviously you all do not see where i come from .if  i want to buy anything no matter what it is then i sould get what i pay for not get the run around like i have been getting and yes everyone should know they are crooks even superbuy told me this after the fact  

Customer service is very inportant dude.. But what does that have to do with The site...

(don't trust the advertisements you see!!! ) Thats what you said.. They cannot help a bad company..The peaple  payed for a spot to advertise..There are many companies I will not deal with that have adds in big magzines..  

we ordered rims from all star tire and wheel march 7th our order never came. 1st a rim was broke there was only 3 good had to wait another week then rim didnt come still, 1 week later they told us the rims were sent out, week later nothing came, they said they thought we cancelled then they found the order again after a month and a half we talked to a manager he said he would refund the 2200.00 we sent may 1st we got a check ups they took 500.00 out  . Just a little advise don't order from just any place they tell you they have the rims when they realy dont just to get you to send your money then tell you to order something else that you dont want then your only others choice is too cancel and they get their restock fee for stressin' you out.  

I am sorry this is my first post and I am pisssed already. I ordered gold 15 inch Wheels and Tire Package from   Sacremento Tires and Wheels on April 11,2006. I paid Money Gram for the 1st half. I told the girl I was plusing sizing 185-78-14 to a 15 inch and she sugggested a 215 40-15. I thought i never heard of this size tire but i could be wrong but this is what i need to clear my fenders. I also told her it was for a 1986 Chrysler Newyorker. After a month on or about Cinco de Mayo I called to see what was up. I spoke to the girl that answers and they kept putting me on hold. This goes on and on for a couple days and fianlly I get a Adam. He tells me a wheel got scratched and it would take about another month. On June 8th 2006 i finally get the wheels except they are the wrong wheels. They sent me four Deep Dish chrome 15 inch with the wrong size hubs with four 195-60-15 tires. How did they get gold mixed up from chrome and they are for a rear wheel offset with bullets when i asked for hex nuts. No way in #&( are they going to fit. Now they are playing games and not answering and putting you on hold for hours. I have spent 2 1/2 hours on my cell phone trying to get the wheels and another 1 hour trying to tell them they sent the wrong wheels. I spoke to my attorneys and they have a obligation to pay for the shipping back to them. This is under the impiled law which says they are obligated to have what you wanted and paid for. We need to write the BBB at 400 South Street Sacremento California 95814-6997. There phone number is 916-443-6843. The fax is 916-443-0376. The next step is the attorney generals office. I would like to ask Low Rider Magaizine to look into this and other companies they promote. Their ads need to be removed immediatly to prevent other rip offs. No body has hundreds and or thousands to give to shady companies. Low Rider Mag what is your stance?  

I forgot to mention I wish I would have known this before the fact which is why we are telling people now!!!!

HEY HEY i DON'T WANT TO HEAR NO SH&&_* WHEN PEOPLE HAVE MY MONEY HELD UP. Why Does Lowrider magazine keep letting them advertise when they are ripping off the lowrider community? If this is the attitude i am going to cancel my subscription and sell my car. I dont need this B.S. USA tires got me for a set of four wire wheels that i never could get balanced. If its up to me the whole world will know. Believe me Sacremento tires does not want to see me. Anybody supporting them better call them and get them straight. P.S. I am a brother and we don't speak that fake asss ebonics.
