dude if your looking for someone to do your frame modifications go to a local auto body shop where they will create the modifications that you want and if that dosent work find a friend that knows how to do basic welding and body work.

I know how to do frame modifications. I did my own frame and my bike was featured in the 2004 October Issue of LRM. I've done this one guy's bike from NJ and he liked it alot.
