I HAVE A 1998 BUICK LESABRE AND I PUT SOME 100 SPOKE KNOCK OFFS ON IT 13". IT USED TO BE A GRANDPA'S CAR NOW IT'S A LOWRIDER.
NOW IM TRING TO CUSTOMIZED MY REAR END SO THE WHEELS DON'T RUBB ON THE WHEEL WELL.

IS THERE SHOCKS OR ANYTHING I CAN RAISE AND STABALIZE MY REAR END WITH?

Overload coilovers they slip over your shocks. I hate sayin this but its the cheapest way. Go to autozone and look in the towing sec. or just ask someone.
