Reinforce the frame all along the rocker panels with 2 x 2 x 1/4 inch angle iron. Put as many welds as possible with th body still on the frame. Even better would be lifting the body slightly off the frame, just enough to get full bead on the side of the frame. The best way is pull the frame and do a full wrap. What ever you do, DO NOT CUT THE TOP UNTIL THE FRAME IS REINFORCED. It would also be good the reinforce the body around The former B-pillar and door jambs (from the inside). The first way would be alright for a vehicle with a stock or lowered suspension. The second way would be ok for bags or a small hyro setup (2 pumps, 4 batts. no hopping and no three wheelin) The third way you can pound on the car pretty decent but no matter what you do, the car will always show some stress.
