So I'm a mountain biker and a mechanical engineer and frankly, I don't know *** about lowrider bikes. I did have an idea though. Does anybody in the lowriding world rock disc brakes? They're the way to go with downhilling, amazing stopping power and the good ones are virtually no maintenance. I think a bike all decked out with 8" disk rotors looks bad ass http://www.santacruzbicycles.com/bicycles/v11.php. So, with what I do for work, doing custom disc rotors would be possible, another way to customize your bike. So, what do you think?

I've been looking for you. The 3 wheeler I've posted pictures of in 'post pictures of ure bikes' was denied entry to the Fontana, California LOWRIDER car show, back in August, because it doesn't have brakes. The bike doesn't go fast enough to need brakes. My son, whom I built the bike for, was heartbroken. Rules are rules What could I do? I should've read the rules thoroughly. Regardless I've thought about disc brake but had no I dea how to do it. Your eMail link didn't work so here's mine joesmokabo@hotmail.com
