I'm looking for some info on how to install some speakers in a buick regal(80)?. The back shelf is to small to even put 6 x 9's.

they sell an adapter that makes a 4x10 to a 6x9 at any stereo shop man look it to it.Thats the way I've always done it!

have u tried to install by the trunk. cutting hole from under side and installing them by bolts makes for no mess on deck and with right setup sound is awsome.

I got a pair of 6x9's close to being installed, but the tension rods for the trunk lid are in the way.Guess i may have to cut into the doors to install them.Only thing that is stopping me is the door weatherstrip on both doors are wasted.

ya they are a pain in the Butt. Thos e bars are stupid.. The best thing to do is just to up grade all the speakers to a better brand that way it still looks stock.. i did this on mine and it great.. I also added 2 twelves in the trunk..
