IM TRYING TO COPYRIGHT THE NAME AND LOGO OF MY CLUB. CAN ANYONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO DO THIS?

What you're looking to do is trademark your name and logo. The best way to do this is talking with your lawyer. He can take care of all the necessary paperwork for you. It will be costly though.
