i have 1967 impala and i want to know if oil or grease is supposed to leak from the timeing chain cover? ![]()

No it is suppose stay tight and snug to where nothing is not suppose to leak I have problems with the transmison and power steering. But usally it means that it isn't tight or the wrong screws on it
