Any body have some advice on how a college student should get started. I've purchased "How to Build a Lowrider" by Frank Hamilton and "The Lowriders Handbook" by Lowroder Magazine and was able to get a good amount of infomation on how to pick a car. However, I'm still a little unsure about what to look for. Anybody have some suggestions on how old the car should be or what models would be good for a novice to begin with. I go to school in New Orleans so options a are limited.
